Terms of Service for Kazzylen Hosting and Domain (KAZZYLEN HD)

Welcome to Kazzylen Hosting and Domain (KAZZYLEN HD) registered as KAZZYLENHOST (BN 3274265), a subsidiary of KAZZYLEN LTD (RC 2015785), headquartered in Lagos and Abuja, Nigeria, with global coverage through strategic partners. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“User,” “Customer,” or “Partner”) and KAZZYLEN HD regarding the use of our hosting, domain, reseller, and related services.

By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

1.1 “KAZZYLEN HD” – Refers to Kazzylen Hosting and Domain, operated by KAZZYLEN LTD.
1.2 “Services” – Hosting, domain registration, reseller hosting, landing page creation, and related offerings provided by KAZZYLEN HD.
1.3 “User” – Any individual, business, or entity that uses our services.
1.4 “Reseller Partner” – Any approved partner under the Kazzylen HD Reseller Program, authorized to promote and sell KAZZYLEN HD products.
1.5 “SLA” – Service Level Agreement, signed by Reseller Partners as a condition for participation.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility – Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
2.2 Accuracy of Information – Users must provide true, complete, and up-to-date registration details.
2.3 Account Security – You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials. KAZZYLEN HD will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized account use.

3. Services Provided

3.1 Hosting – Shared, VPS, Cloud, WordPress, and Dedicated Hosting plans as listed on kazzylenhd.com.
3.2 Domain Registration – Subject to domain registry rules and availability.
3.3 Reseller Program –

  • Partners may create landing pages to promote hosting packages/products.

  • All partners must sign an SLA with KAZZYLEN HD before launching services.

  • Resellers must comply with branding guidelines, pricing policies, and applicable laws.

  • KAZZYLEN HD reserves the right to review, audit, or suspend reseller accounts for non-compliance.
    3.4 Third-Party Services – Some services are provided in collaboration with partners such as Excel Total Solution Enterprise, Malaysia. By using these services, you also agree to their terms.

4. Payments & Billing

4.1 Accepted Methods – Payments via authorized gateways (e.g., Stripe, Paystack, Flutterwave, etc.).
4.2 Billing Cycle – Services are subscription-based and billed monthly, annually, or as agreed.
4.3 Refunds – Covered by our Refund Policy. Domain registrations and certain third-party services may be non-refundable.
4.4 Late Payments – Failure to pay invoices may result in account suspension or termination.
4.5 Currency & Fees – Prices may be displayed in local or international currency. Users are responsible for bank charges, taxes, or conversion fees.

5. Disputes & Unauthorized Transactions

5.1 If an unauthorized payment occurs, KAZZYLEN HD may:

  • Reverse/refund the transaction.

  • Investigate and cooperate with authorities.

  • Suspend or terminate the related account.
    5.2 Chargebacks – Accounts with chargebacks may be permanently blacklisted.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

6.1 Users may not use our services for:

  • Hosting illegal, harmful, or malicious content.

  • Phishing, spamming, or fraudulent activities.

  • Distributing malware or attempting unauthorized access.
    6.2 Reseller Restrictions – Partners must ensure their clients also comply with this Acceptable Use Policy.
    6.3 Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

7. Reseller Program & SLA

7.1 Reseller Obligations:

  • Sign an SLA before onboarding.

  • Maintain accurate representation of KAZZYLEN HD services.

  • Provide first-line customer support to their clients.
    7.2 Landing Pages:

  • Resellers may design and host custom landing pages.

  • Pages must comply with KAZZYLEN HD’s brand integrity guidelines.

  • Misrepresentation, false advertising, or deceptive marketing is strictly prohibited.
    7.3 Termination of Partnership:

  • Non-compliance with SLA or Terms may result in suspension or revocation of reseller privileges.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

8.1 Data Handling – We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8.2 Security – Industry-standard measures are applied, but no system is 100% secure.
8.3 Reseller Data – Resellers are responsible for securing data collected from their own clients.

9. Service Uptime & Maintenance

9.1 Uptime Guarantee – 99.9% uptime goal, excluding scheduled maintenance or force majeure events.
9.2 Maintenance – We will notify users in advance of scheduled maintenance where possible.

10. Termination

10.1 By User – Users may cancel anytime via the client dashboard.
10.2 By KAZZYLEN HD – We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Non-payment.

  • Violation of Terms, SLA, or Acceptable Use Policy.

  • Fraudulent or illegal activity.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 All content, software, and trademarks are property of KAZZYLEN HD or its partners.
11.2 Users and Resellers are granted a non-transferable license to use services but may not duplicate, resell (outside the reseller program), or reverse-engineer.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 KAZZYLEN HD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12.2 Our maximum liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the service in the prior billing cycle.

13. Amendments

13.1 We may update these Terms from time to time.
13.2 Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Nigeria.
14.2 Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
