ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS ( Kazzylen HD)

Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications and services (“Services”) provided by Kazzylen HD (“Kazzylen HD”, “we” “our” or “us”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services. By using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree or are unable to comply, then you may not use the Services offered by Kazzylen HD.

Account Terms
You are responsible for safeguarding the password registered with your Kazzylen HD account. Do not disclose your password to any third parties. You agree to immediately notify Kazzylen HD of any unauthorized use of your account.

Intellectual Property
All content on Services including trademarks, logos, graphics, images, text, software etc are Kazzylen HD’s property or its content suppliers. Your use of Services does not grant you ownership rights of any kind. You may not modify, copy, distribute, reuse, download or display any content including use of data mining, gathering or scraping tools without explicit written permission from Kazzylen HD.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our Services or assist anyone else to breach these Terms. Examples of violations: (1) Harassment, stalking, spamming, or threats to any person or property rights. (2) Impersonating any person or entity including Kazzylen HD staff. (3) Violating legal rights including intellectual property rights of Kazzylen HD or any third parties. (4) Uploading any malicious code, malware, scripts, or damaging services. (5) Disabling, tampering with or evading any security protections or monitoring tools used by Kazzylen HD. (6) Attempting to probe, test vulnerabilities or breach Systems or Network security without explicit authorization. (7) Anything illegal according to applicable laws. (8) Fraudulent Activities.

Disclaimer & Limit of Liability
Kazzylen HD Services may contain inaccuracies or errors. We do not provide any guarantee regarding availability, suitability for any purpose or non-infringement for third party rights. Services are provided ‘As Is’ without warranties of any kind. Any reliance or action taken based on content is done entirely at your risk and consequence. Under no circumstances shall Kazzylen HD be liable for direct, indirect, punitive or other consequential damages arising due to your usage of our services.

Changes & Termination
Kazzylen HD reserves the right to modify features, specifications, prices, policies, rules and terms any time. We may suspend or terminate your use if there are suspected violations of these Terms or our rights. Services offered may be withdrawn at any time. Any violations may also result in irreparable damage entitling injunctive relief without a bond obligation.

Upon termination, your viewing right, license provided under Terms will cease immediately and you must stop using our Services. However, clauses on Intellectual Property, Disclaimer, Limit of Liability shall survive any expiration or termination of these Terms.

Cancellation Policy

You can choose not to renew future subscription periods before renewal date. However, there are no refunds or credits for partial subscription periods or un-used Services. Cancellations will take effect the next billing cycle. Please contact the customer service team if you wish to cancel any subscriptions.
